Never again!!
Horrible Service. Not worth the time and money at all!!!!!

Poor,unprofessonal workmanship
I engaged the services of Wentzel from Cupboard Doctor and paid the required deposit upfront (50%). The total contract was approximately R35k. The workmanship was up-hauling, the professionalism was absent and till today I sit with sub standard carpentry. I will never advocate the use of this company.

Cupboard Doctor - Now Operating as Masterfit Kitchens
Now operating as Masterfit Kitchens Renovations Wentzel Herbst has absolutely no integrity and is a serial con artist and thief. He has taken off with people's money before and has done the same with my deposit. He buys time with stories hoping you will eventually lose patience and write off the money as a loss. After Cupboard Doctor, this guy operated as Readymade Cupboards (K2016/197473/07) and then as Brooklyn Signature Kitchens (K2016/296772/07) and now operates as Masterfit Kitchen Renovations. I have his Residential Address in Brooklyn Pretoria and will share directly with anyone seeking legal resolution.

Shocking
I met Wentzel from 'Cupboard Doctor' and was bowled over by what he displayed as passion for perfection regards his installation. I believed I had found someone who cared. I paid 50% deposit on 19 Jan ’17 & the balance had to be paid in full the day they start (should have been my first sign). The guys started on the Tuesday, they arrived with no materials and when I went to see how they were doing, after about 3 hours, they were sitting waiting for Wentzel to deliver the materials, which only arrived about 10am the next day. On the 28th Feb ‘17 ( two days short of a week, after I was told it’s a weeks job) his guy told me his done and won’t be back. The installation was at best 90% complete. In the meantime the entire time Wentzel did not visit the site or inspect his workman’s workmanship. On the 13th March ’17 they returned for one day to complete the work, after begging for them to return and the attitude was he’s doing me a favour, the job was completed rudimentarily. Again after numerous call and emails, they finally came back to fix snags, of which they completed about 50%, on the 25th April ’17. Now all my calls and emails are ignored. Through the entire process only on my insistence to meet with Wentzel to show him the snags and incomplete installation did he visit the site, to date he hasn’t seen the finished product.

Brand new look for much less!
My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our kitchen renovation. The guys at Cupboard Doctor were very helpful and efficient. In today's economy to renovate made sense to us. We saved a lot of money and our kitchen looks brand new! They are now busy renovating my Son's kitchen and it looks stunning thus far, well done guys!

We saved a lot of money and our kitchen looks brand new! They are now busy renovating my Son's kitchen and it looks stunning thus far, well done guys!

Very Happy
We were referred to Cupboard Doctor by friends that did their kitchen renovation through them. Also no problems with our installation. Very good, friendly service. They definately went the extra mile for us and we are very happy indeed.

Very Happy
We were referred to Cupboard Doctor by friends that did their kitchen renovation through them. Also no problems with our installation. Very good, friendly service. They definately went the extra mile for us and we are very happy indeed.

Revamp of existing kitchen
It was a R 22 000 job involving the installation of new kitchen cupboards and replacing the old Formica work tops with granite.Great people to deal with. Completion and "fix ups" took forever, return of messages could take forever, although there were several periods when I was also away ! Quality of materials and finish a little flimsy and patchy. The overall finished effect is just ok, but if I were to do it again I would rather spend a little more and get a " better known" kitchen company to do the work quicker with better quality material !
