I have taken out the BMW tyre insurance cover via the Innovation Group. I have experienced excellent service from a Mr Nketsi The claim was submitted by the tyre fitment centre and within an hour it was approved. The amount authorized were exactly what was agreed to when taking out the tyre insurance policy.
I recently had my BMW repaired at Sandton BMW ARC, which was a painless process. When dropping my car off they provided me with a ride back to PTA even though it was closing time on a Friday afternoon. They kept me updated, via sms on the progress of the work being carried out and much to my surprise completed the work before the original time promised to me. Upon collecting my car, I inspected it and was delighted at the workmanship as well as the professionalism of all staff involved. I would highly recommend BMW Sandton ARC for motor vehicle repairs.

After seven months into my 24 month contract Vodacom has unilaterally decided to discontinue with my 100 minutes monthly allocation. I have spent a total of four hours with staff in different departments who cannot resolve a simple problem. Staff named Lebogang Ndlangamamandlal and Ismael Ncube are some of the staff who cant assist. Surely there is a legal contract between a customer, whose bank account gets debited religiously every month, and Vodacom. How can they be allowed to carry on business this way. A customer cannot get access to senior staff as their so called team leaders never bother to return calls. Even the CEO's office DOES NOT bother to return calls or reply to emails. This goes beyond pathetic service, its into unethical behavior. I DEMAND, as a customer whose account is up to date, to get a call from the CEO's office to resolve my issue. I have been experiencing issues with my mobile Telkom router and logged a call on the Telkom website. Within an hour an agent called me and resolved my query. She was very professional, capable and experienced.
