I am writing this complain to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with your company I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be resolved promptly and to prevent similar issues from recurring in the future. This matter has had a significant impact on my family. I have attempted to address this issue by involving your official at Bethlehem branch but with no success and i ended up sending this matter to hellopeter. However, the response I received was unsatisfactory, and I feel that my concerns were not adequately addressed. One of your driver went to my place in senekal sometimes in June to collect work top gloss. Actually it was an extra work top gloss. He was supposed to bring it back to your store for an exchange. Unfortunately he never brought it back to your store because it was not an instruction from your store it was an instruction from the carpenter. As a result of that I waited almost 2 months to get an exchange until last week when I called Ntate Lerato to find out about the exchange. I was shocked to hear that the top gloss was not brought back to the store. Ntate Lerato did call the driver and asked them what exactly happened on that day. The told him that indeed they collected the work top gloss from my place and deliver it the same day at another place in Senekal. Even today I am still waiting for boards from your company since June 2024. Ntate Lerato promised to deliver the boards for me last week Friday or Monday. I am shocked and disappointed with the level of service i received from your company. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate the matter, take appropriate actions to rectify the issue and provide me with the best solution. I hope that together, we can resolve this matter amicably and restore my confidence in your company. I appreciate your attention to this complaint and the urgency with which you handle this matter. I value our previous relationship and hope that we can find mutually satisfactory resolution. i look forward to a timely resolution and a renewed positive experience with company. Horrible service from there. They were supposed to do a wall wardrobe with mirrors for me a month ago and even now I have an unfinished wardrobe with no doors. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them at all.

I used Cut n Edge for cupboard doors in my renovated entertainment area. The doors were cut perfectly and very neatly. From the time I made payment to the time I collected the doors, everything was prompt and efficient and I was very happy with their service. Definitely a #WIN win service.
