Great service
Love shopping at Shop-n-S****. Orders are always readily available and they have a very big selection of products. Staff are super helpful. Definitely recommend Shop-n-S****. Only downside is that they are an online store. I prefer shopping in store as it's always nice to browse around and see exactly what you're buying.

Efficient and great service
I used Cut n Edge for cupboard doors in my renovated entertainment area. The doors were cut perfectly and very neatly. From the time I made payment to the time I collected the doors, everything was prompt and efficient and I was very happy with their service. Definitely a #WIN win service.

Five star service
In a country where it is hard to find good service, I was pleasantly surprised to receive fantastic service from Parcelspot. I love the fact that everything can be booked online by myself. I booked my parcel on Sunday evening for collection on Monday. Package was collected at midday on Monday and delivered on Tuesday midday, even though it stipulated that it would be delivered on Friday. Even the price was great, with insurance.

Outstanding service received from Quinten Smit at Smitsons Industrial. The communication was great from the time I requested a quote for the installation of a shower door till the time he installed it. Will definitely recommend his company.

Five star customer service from Infinity Flooring
Fabulous customer service received from Ivan Pechyorin at Infinity Flooring. The communication was amazing from the time I e-mailed him to ask for a quote till the time the wooden floors were installed. I will most definitely use his services again and recommend his company.

Appalling Service
I contacted Moodley Movers (spoke to Prega) about moving furniture from Pretoria to Durban. Prega sent me an e-mail saying that he would collect the furniture on Monday, 23rd October and deliver in Durban on Tuesday 24th October and that a deposit needs to be paid. I immediately made this payment and then I never heard from him again until my husband contacted him. Then he said that he will collect the furniture on Wednesday, 25 October and deliver on Thursday, 26 October. On Wednesday, we had to contact him to find out what time he will be collecting the furniture, to which he said that he will be at my house at 11h00. At 12h00, he calls to say that his driver is running late, and he will be at my house at 13h00. The driver only arrives at 14h45. On Thursday, he told us that his driver has to make a stop and pick up furniture from another place and he might not be able to deliver the furniture so he may only go and deliver on Friday, 27 October and this after me telling him that nobody is available on Friday to collect the furniture. On Monday, 30 October, he sends me an sms an 09h00 telling me that his driver is going to be delivering the furniture at 09h30 and that I must make the balance payment or the furniture cannot be offloaded. Prega does not care that other people work and may not be available. He expects to turn up when he wants to and the customer is just supposed to be available. I will never use this company ever again or refer him to anybody, even as a last resort. The service received from him was putrid.
