DDD appliances - No after service delivery and poor product
Sold a solar system to me, at first the first month they helped me with technical issues and tried to sell a bigger system to me. Now not even one year further no one is answering and my system has failed and tripping all the time no one is answering after numerous times I tried to get in contact with them on all their platforms. According to them at the time the life spam of the inverter is 10 years, now it is not even one year and they have no after service delivery only want to make the sale.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Once you pay you wont ever see them again!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!
If you paid and things aren't working you wont ever see them again!!! I have more than 200 calls and 2 years of struggles with this company! Promises on promises. LIES UPON LIES UPON LIES!!!!! I have call recordings/WhatsApp's and a timeline of you wont believe of all my calls and promises from Dennis/DDD Appliances. (Happy to share them with anyone!) First we struggled for 1.5 years+ to get our system working. At one stage they took our inverter, had it for more than a month and they never even gave it in for a checkup at Mustek. Only when I phoned Mustek they confirmed a day later they received the inverter. (I have this in writing from Mustek) DDD blamed Mustek and said they always takes months with repairs and its not them. Then I had to pay a different electrician to fix our problems. DDD never split the neutrals correctly so our power kept tripping. They had 2 different guys there to try and fix it... DDD eventually just said something in our house is the problem even though it works perfectly before their solar system and when I completely bypass their system. DDD also signed of an COC without the electrician ever being there!!! It was pre signed and the guy doing the installation just completed the info on the document!! Then for the last year I am struggling to get a battery back! We had to go and drop off a 5kw battery at their shop as they promised for more than a month they will pick it up and never did. Now we cant get it back!!! (50+ Unanswered calls with no call backs) R24`000 we paid for a battery + more than 2 years of struggles. Not a single care from DDD Appliances... Our calls and messages just simply get ignored. Even Dennis on his private cellphone number. Our struggle still continues... You might be very lucky and things go your way. But most likely you will regret the day you ever dealt with DDD Appliances.

POOR SERVICE ON DDD APPLIANCES
I am so disappointed with the service offered to me by DDD i was dealing with the lady called Amelia who lied to me about delivering the goods and installation it was supposed to be done on the 30 March 2021 she called and lied to me said the person that was allocated to come to do installation had emergency never come thereof and promised that will be voming on the 31st and she came with another story on the 1st she asked if can do refund what a mediocre service offered worse of it all she sent me POP i didnt pay much details on it waited for the money to reflects ad never reflected i called her she acted so innocent and sympathizing lying that was in contact with capitec their bank to check what happened today on the 9th April 2021 she said the money bounced back to their account "so strange and dishonest really " when i checked my account number of the POP is correct i asked what went wrong she was bushing me i contacted their bank capitec. Capitec bank asked me to send the POP to them they checked it they advised that they do not have business account on the POP should show persons name not the business name on further investigation capitec advised me that the POP is FAKE, Amelia and Amanda are fraudulent and liars. I am taking this matter further i am disgusted by DDD service and Amelia and Amanda acted saint but they knew exactly that they were fooling me. I will never recommend any to buy DDD product or service.

Pathetic, cheap, and poor workmanship
Poor service, poor quality products supplied. Very poor knowledge on solar system design. Had to get another supplier to finish the installation. Very bad experience tiles were broken wrong mounting kit installed. Be very careful very expensive lesson learnt. Half the equipment surge arrestors, isolator switch not provided. Requested Quotes on a Renusol mounting kit and they arrived with the wrong mounting kit. The installation went so poor that I requested them not to return. Surprised that they would remain in business with such a poor business ethic. Dennis your time will come.
