I have an accounting firm and Sage is the most *********** and useless service provider you will ever get. They started billing me for a base module that used to be for free. As we only have about 7 die hard Sage clients left in our practice we said we dont want their base module that we now have to pay for. We only want access to the 7 clients accounts. So then Lucky Sikhakhane decided in that case he will just delete our whole profile. Not 1 question asked, whole account just gone. No access to anyone. 4 working days left for the year. Well done SAGE. You never seem to amaze. Im pretty sure you will be losing the last 7 clients as well. Thank this guy: Lucky Sikhakhane (Xero employee of the month!)
Got a notification my packages was delivered and signed for but its not. Theres no one at the office. Got a notification it would be delivered on a public holiday but fastway has no way of talking to anyone to reschedule. Call centre only works weekdays. After a notification that it was delivered I cant even ask how it was supposedly delivered or who signed. Horrible service. I wont buy from anyone using fastway to deliver!!
Dont pay extra for a private banker. You get the same horrible service and they are never available. I need a letter to confirm available funds for a Visa. FNB cant assist with that. I guess its "good luck with the Visa" 45 minutes on online chat. 3 different representative. Just wasted time. Thanks Mpho Voko, Shile and Keabetswe for being useless... Thanks to the whole FNB who doesn't have 1 person who can type a confirmation letter. Thanks to the idiots who does your policies. You are not a personal bank. You are an automated piece of garbage. I could just as well talk to an ATM. The ATM would just respond quicker..
If you paid and things aren't working you wont ever see them again!!! I have more than 200 calls and 2 years of struggles with this company! Promises on promises. LIES UPON LIES UPON LIES!!!!! I have call recordings/WhatsApp's and a timeline of you wont believe of all my calls and promises from Dennis/DDD Appliances. (Happy to share them with anyone!) First we struggled for 1.5 years+ to get our system working. At one stage they took our inverter, had it for more than a month and they never even gave it in for a checkup at Mustek. Only when I phoned Mustek they confirmed a day later they received the inverter. (I have this in writing from Mustek) DDD blamed Mustek and said they always takes months with repairs and its not them. Then I had to pay a different electrician to fix our problems. DDD never split the neutrals correctly so our power kept tripping. They had 2 different guys there to try and fix it... DDD eventually just said something in our house is the problem even though it works perfectly before their solar system and when I completely bypass their system. DDD also signed of an COC without the electrician ever being there!!! It was pre signed and the guy doing the installation just completed the info on the document!! Then for the last year I am struggling to get a battery back! We had to go and drop off a 5kw battery at their shop as they promised for more than a month they will pick it up and never did. Now we cant get it back!!! (50+ Unanswered calls with no call backs) R24`000 we paid for a battery + more than 2 years of struggles. Not a single care from DDD Appliances... Our calls and messages just simply get ignored. Even Dennis on his private cellphone number. Our struggle still continues... You might be very lucky and things go your way. But most likely you will regret the day you ever dealt with DDD Appliances.
We opened a business account 18 months ago with FNB. 2 Weeks ago I received a call to say our account is frozen due to FICA compliance. We weren't warned it will be frozen. It was already frozen..!! How do you also open an account and then block it not even 2 years later due to FICA!? They sent me a mail with a form we need to complete. We completed the form and mailed it back... I included the lady that opened the account in the mail we sent as well. One week later our business account is still frozen!! I mailed her again and someone else then replied to say she is sick but he will forward the mail to someone who can assist. He sent a mail to 'Khoza, Girley' at FNB Business Tshwane South. She replied a day later to say she cant help and we will have to go to the branch to sort it out... I told her we wont go to the branch as I find it ridiculous that the account is less than 2 years old and we both now have to drive to a branch and sit in a que and sort out some admin they didn't do from the start... (After they called me, requested us to complete their form and send it back,which we did!) I also asked her then if she cant help to please request assistance from a manager or someone who can assist... She just ignored me... We wont be doing business with FNB anymore and our account along with our other accounts will be moved over to a bank who can actually just do the basics.. (For a start keep an account unfrozen, let us know in advance if something is wrong, and get employees who actually know what they need from the start) Very disappointed! Pathetic service!!
