Terrible service from metro fibre, they switched off my line without any notification, I logged a call on Saturday and promised to dispatch a technician but that was not fulfilled. I followed up on Sunday I was told that technician will come after 24hrs that is their lead time, the day went by I called on Monday the 28 Oct, I was promised that technician will be on site within 8 hours that never happened I kept following up and they said 12:30, after that nobody came, they sarted lying saying they called and couldn’t reach me that was a lie, after that they said technician was on site and updated their ticket that my line is faulty I request photos and ticket comms to be sent on mail they failed. Absolutely terrible service and full of lies do not trust this service provider they don’t deserve even a star.
I am so disappointed with the service offered to me by DDD i was dealing with the lady called Amelia who lied to me about delivering the goods and installation it was supposed to be done on the 30 March 2021 she called and lied to me said the person that was allocated to come to do installation had emergency never come thereof and promised that will be voming on the 31st and she came with another story on the 1st she asked if can do refund what a mediocre service offered worse of it all she sent me POP i didnt pay much details on it waited for the money to reflects ad never reflected i called her she acted so innocent and sympathizing lying that was in contact with capitec their bank to check what happened today on the 9th April 2021 she said the money bounced back to their account "so strange and dishonest really " when i checked my account number of the POP is correct i asked what went wrong she was bushing me i contacted their bank capitec. Capitec bank asked me to send the POP to them they checked it they advised that they do not have business account on the POP should show persons name not the business name on further investigation capitec advised me that the POP is FAKE, Amelia and Amanda are fraudulent and liars. I am taking this matter further i am disgusted by DDD service and Amelia and Amanda acted saint but they knew exactly that they were fooling me. I will never recommend any to buy DDD product or service.
Dear Reader<br> <br> I have been experiencing problems when purchasing especially when i swipe, the phone reports that i have purchased for certain amount but accodring to slip from the shop it says declained then i have to pay cash, hence on the 09/02/2016 happened at Spar. last week friday i called Std bank and the consultant couldnt give me feedback she kept me holding for 20 minutes on the phone and I decided to hang up since i had no enjoy on the service i received, this morning i have email then they email me back with some information i had to supply them as it quality check i did supply them with the info hence no response from standard bank.
