Giving legal advice which is beyond their scope
Avoid at all costs. Kerry acts way beyond her scope as a debt management agency and has been giving (incorrect) legal advice to our body corporate Trustees which they then use to give legitimacy to ******** actions.

Debt Management Services (Staling customers false)
Dear Debt Management Services, this is now the 3rd time I am logging this complaint. The nature of the complaint : Dont call a customer who isnt in arrears ? The next complaint will be on mybroadband and a much wider consumer base So rather, before you delete this, let the CEO call me (I am waiting for her reply
