Jacqueline misrepresented the minutes of a Trustee meeting and refused to allow anyone access to the minutes to verify the accuracy of said minutes. She has also not maintained neutrality in her role, offering a strong statement of support for the outgoing Trustees in our AGM vote as well as providing input in Trustee meetings with being called upon for her input (she is there in her capacity to run the meeting and take minutes). They have also blocked residents on Whatsapp asking valid questions re electricity outages with no reason given.
Avoid at all costs. Kerry acts way beyond her scope as a debt management agency and has been giving (incorrect) legal advice to our body corporate Trustees which they then use to give legitimacy to ******** actions.
Angor have stated very clearly that they only act on Trustee instructions - even when it is contrary to the law like providing access to information and assisting owners calling an SGM with the requisite support if the Trustees don't allow them to. As an owner I would suggest you advocate very strongly against Angor as a managing agent. Managing agents should have some respect for the rule of law not just pandering to Trustees. Natasia was our portfolio management but this stance (to only act on Trustee instruction irrespective of the law) has also been confirmed by the CEO, Dennis in writing.
Angor have refused to provide me with information I am lawfully entitled to as an owner, as they have stated they act on the instruction of the Trustees. Natasia Voyiatzis as our managing agent also did not maintain neutrality in our AGM. Please reconsider using Angor as by their own admission they don't consider what the law states in terms of owners' right to access information, simply follow what they are told by Trustees.
Never respond to queries on a timely basis and you always have to beg for a response and follow up daily.
Alec Massel are the managing agents of my building. The service is terrible, they don't bother to respond to queries and then when you escalate the issue to management they dismiss your issues and say that they have a different opinion about what poor service is, without even having to phone you as requested.

<p>The whole process of booking my phone in for repairs under MTN insurance has been a pain and I have been trying everyday to get hold of them to follow up on the status of my claim (my phone was collected last week Monday by the couriers) but nobody ever answers and the phone just drops (the only contact number is ********** 084)! Please can someone get back to me on the status of my phone repair?</p>
