I bought a wig from Exclusive Virgin Hair on 26th June and sent them POP. On June 29th after following up on my order they sent me a fake tracking number. When the parcel didn't arrive I tried contacting them but they completely ignored my messages and emails. Tried calling them but they were not reachable. It's a good two and half months but they are just not moved. I just want everyone to know that these people are scammers and should not give them any business. The one time I got through to them was because I used someone's number and they still lied that they had had issues with their courier company but assured me that they would deliver. It's almost two weeks now but still there's nothing.
I have nothing but only good things to say about Cyber Grocer. Their service is just out of this world.
I ordered stuff via Bottles App on 27th March 2021 and used my credit card. One of the items was not in stock so I was asked to pay an extra R3 for an alternative. Over and above that my card was debited with an additional amount. They did not deliver everything on my order. I was billed R99 for sausage but the sausage that was delivered was marked R54.75, as if that was not enough I was made to pay R96 for pork rashers that were marked R34.30 . I was also billed twice for chicken breast that were NOT even delivered. I tried contacting them but even the customer service department is not reachable on the phone. I have sent several emails to the customer support BUT nobody responds to email. I have taken it to their Facebook page but still no joy. Their Facebook page is inundated with customer complaints which all receive one line replies from them but that's where it ends. All the customers are disgruntled and it appears their issues are never resolved, judging by the comments there. They just DON'T care about their customers .
On 26th April I ordered stuff from Makro, I never got updates on the order and I kept following up with them but with no joy . Eventually they cancelled my order, maybe 3 weeks later . I was informed of the cancellation and was asked to provide my bank details for me to get a refund paid into my account. What I got instead was an sms voucher AND the voucher amount was less than the amount I paid by R130. When I called in to query I was told that the voucher was just a gesture for the inconvenience caused to me and that my refund was still coming. I complained on major social media platforms and was requested to send them messages BUT they ignored my messages. I have sent them emails and they have ignored my emails. I do not want their stupid vouchers. All I want is my money back . I'm NOT going to use Makro for anything. I urge everyone to stay away from Makro. Now I'm calling them and I can't get through to them meaning they have even blocked my number.
So I ordered supplements from Outsider Labs and made a payment on 30th July , after visiting their website . I did not hear from them after that and I followed up with them on August 1st , after which I was then informed that my order would be shipped 3-5 days after my payment cleared . Their silence was worrying and followed up with them again on 5th August , obviously I was now irritated with their service . Still they did not respond to my messages , eventually I send them an message on Facebook and the response from their Luther was shocking . He called me a fool and how rude I was , after I mentioned to him that I was going to expose them . He even went on to block me , why would he block me if he was the bigger person . I requested a refund from them BUT they said they would not give me a refund as they had completed their side of the deal . He warned me against mentioning what was is the package as couriers are not supposed to be shipping items of that nature . What is more , he could not disclose the name of a third party courier that they used to send the order to me . He gave me a fictitious tracking number that does not even exist . He went on to tell me how I am unaware of how transactions work , not knowing he is talking to a Finance person and I know better , besides it's not the first time I have ordered stuff online . throughout my online shopping experiences , Outsider Labs have given me the worst experience and now they have shut me up by blocking them so I don't make further noise . I just want my money back . They are a bunch of scammers and yes I have said it . Now they send me an email saying that my order has been completed , what completion when they can not even give me the name of the couriers used ? People be warned and stay away from Outsider Labs .
On 23rd November I ordered some stuff from Takealot.com and selected the credit card payment option for the order , I gave my credit card details and for some strange reason the system said that there was an error so my payment didn't go through , and then chose the COD payment option later because I didn't want to miss out on the specials at the time . I later got sms notification from my bank saying the credit card payment had gone through . called Takelot.com telling them of my situation and was asked to send them proof of payment and I did that . I was told that now I didn't have to pay cash on delivery as they later picked up the payment . Their drivers subsequently have come to my place twice and have not dropped my order off because I was expected to pay cash . I have produced proof that order was paid for but that was not good enough . Long story short it has taken Takealot two weeks to deliver , and I cant even call it that because they have not delivered . I have been frustrated to the point that I have ultimately cancelled my order , now I am told I can only get a refund when the goods have been returned to their warehouse . What goods are they referring to because the goods are still in their possession , if anybody can track the order they will see that I never received those items . I have been posted from pillar to post for the past two weeks and this level of unprofessionalism and inefficiency is unacceptable at all costs . I just want my money back and then I kiss Takealot.com goodbye .
