Being under debt review can be one of the most difficult and stressful times in a person’s life. It is a journey that requires patience, trust, guidance, and the right support system. I can honestly say that DebtSafe has been the only company I would confidently recommend to anyone going through this process. From the beginning, they have shown professionalism, care, and a genuine willingness to help. A special thank you to Kgaugelo Matlou, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. Kgaugelo is professional, informative, patient, and always willing to explain everything clearly. During a time when things can feel overwhelming and uncertain, it makes such a difference to deal with someone who treats you with respect and truly wants to help. DebtSafe has made a difficult journey feel more manageable, and I am grateful for the support, communication, and guidance I have received. Nothing is being deducted or ever been deducted. Only received a call from them trying to assist me with my debt which I am able to manage. I enquired about their services but have never been assisted I was flagged. I asked them to remove this flag they put as I'm paying my accounts on my own but they refuse yet they've done NOTHING for me.

I do not have any contract with them, nothing is being deducted or ever been deducted. Only received a call from them trying to assist me with my debt which I am able to manage. I declined their services after providing my details to an agent to verify my debt only to find out I was being flagged. My debt is less than 5k which I don't have a problem paying monthly. I complained and asked them to remove this flag that they have placed under my name and was promised a call to assist me remove it. Instead they send an email to explain how debt review can help me, I don't need this. I can't apply for credits or anything because of them, 5k debt and you being placed under debt review like really??? Been complaining and trying to get help since last year. The next response will be for me to send them my details and someone will contact me, nothing new but same responses all the time. Might as well take this to court.
