iOS issue
Good day Deezer team. I’ve been a customer for many years now. I just wanted to express my frustration with your company regarding no longer supporting streaming services linked to DJing apps on IOS anymore.

Dishonest billing on Deezer music app
I don't recommend Deezer as they have dishonest billing. More than once I experienced billing twice a month. And with these music apps theres no head office to report your complaints too. I will be opting for spotify as they allow for vouchers instead of the app directly deducting from your bank account. Deezer is not worth the trouble as it poses a threat to one's bank account

Dishonest billing on Deezer music app
I don't recommend Deezer as they have dishonest billing. More than once I experienced billing twice a month. And with these music apps theres no head office to report your complaints too. I want a Refund!
I really don't understand why I cannot access my downloaded music(OFFLINE) when I'm not using data/wifi on Deezer Music App whereas I pay monthly for it! What is the use of downloading the music when I'm going to spend money on data to access and stream the music I downloaded again? I really wouldn't mind if I was told from the beginning BUT I was not and this is not what I signed my money up for!!! I want my data or money back!

Deezer Poor service
Deezer has a poor service i have cancelled my subscription but they have been debiting money from my account even after i have cancelled . I have all the proof i even tried to contact their help desk but those guys keep ignoring me.

Deezer failed account closure
I have requested via email to cancel prescriptionand recieve a email saying my account details cant be found on their system but yet i get debited R59.99 every month on the 5th. Its been 9 months now even threatened with legal action but still nothing!!!
