I’ve been paying monthly for both my arrears Cheque and credit card account. The department that hands my cheque account calls and sends me a monthly updated statement as i try to pay monthly. I would like to get the same service on my FNB credit card please. One needs to know if they are making progress on their payments so we can plan accordingly
Why does your call center not know how to resolve a request for updating my card information? She was so rude and unprofessional. Please assist with my request in a professional manner

Extremely disappointed in the service i received. The driver was not notified of the updated delivery address, and he said he was not going to deliver today. I had to meet him with my own money at his decide location. Poor service indeed

Was promised 600GB in the day and 600GB at night by your upgrade department with an additional 100GB x 36 months ( including a B535 router ). But i only received 300GB + 100GB. False advertising on your part
