I received the pills very quickly very good service there, but the pills made me very very sick. I have sent 2 emails and there was no reply from them. I need the refund; does anyone know what legal action can be taken against this fraudulent company? And also who to contact to hand them over to the authorities?
Poor poor service I placed an order 8 days ago sent 16 emails & called 5 times. One of the times the lady put the phone down in my ear. They promised delivery will be between 5-7 days. They do not reply to my emails. I want to know why they lie blatantly
Cell C black listed me without having a contract with them. They blacklisted me with Experian and this is causing HUGE problems for me. I called the legal department and the gentleman that assisted me helped me in no way. He gave me a number for Credit Vetting that does not exist. Surely this is illegal to black list someone that does not have a account with Cell C? I will be going to the ombudsman to inform them of Cell C's illegal activities.
They are a fraudulent company. They are deducting money each month and they do not know why they deduct and can not reverse. I've sent about 10 emails and still they ignore me and deduct money mY EMAIL REFERENCE IS
Zando is the worst online shopping destination of all time. I have now in total had 5 bad experiences with them where I placed orders & followed procedure & they just do not deliver on customer service. I really think Zando need to get new customer service managers to teach their call centre staff how to act, I also think that they promise on the site and adverti*****ts the world but only deliver 10%. I would advise all people to avoid disappointment and NOT order from Zando
I am fed up with Cell C, I have been calling & requesting to cancel contract due to never having being able to use my mobile data & also extremely bad & incompetent call centre staff. Each time I call the staff either can not speak English or they are totally rude to the point where I just hang up on the call. This is the 3rd time I have to resort to Hello Peter to resolve my problem. All I want to do is cancel my contract with cell c. But no body can assist me.
Cell C handed me over after I'm paying each month on time. I have been paying since last year and every month on time. NDS send me a sms I'm owing R9162.63. Ref ********** . This is fraud & wasting my time I will be handing Cell C over to the police for stealing money. I have now had enough with Cell C, my internet not working on my phone and this is now the last straw putting the cherry on the cake!!!
I paid my over due account early last year. I over paid as well. I sent them a email requesting my paid up letter. I go busy & did not follow up. Now that we're applying for a home loan it states that I'm still overdue. When I called on 25.01.2019 the (Very rude) call centre agent said I will get my letter within 48 hours. I asked to speak to a manager an after waiting over 20 minutes & being placed on hold. I put down the phone. Today it is over 50 hours since I requested my paid up letter (that is long overdue) I URGENTLY need this letter this morning as the offer we placed on the house has a time frame so I require this letter asap. I do not have a reference number for Friday's call. This si very bad service, they hunt you down for your money & put you on bad credit, but what do I do about the money they owe me & my paid up letter? I will sue this company if we lose this house due to their incompetence
I had a problem last month with Cell C not responding after numerous emails sending my proof of payment. Finally on 16 Nov my payment was allocated. Took them 3 weeks. I surprisingly received a reply from their proof of address this week. Cell C your service is pathetic as yet again my payment has not been allocated as I received my statement today & the payment I made on 26 November does not reflect!!!!!! I changed the reference number to my cell phone number as instructed by your call centre people!!!! Your staff seriously need to receive training or your HR need to employ people with a tat of intelligence not like the incompetent idiots you currently have. I am truly beyond fed-up with your nonsense. There's also a amount of R113.61 that I do not know what for and after asking numerous times what it's for I as usual do not get any response from you.
I made a payment & used the wrong reference number so my payment was not allocated to my account. I then called and sent my proof of payment to Cell C, this was Monday 5 November. after communicating with 4 different people at there call centre & receiving numerous reference numbers & sending my proof of payment to probably 6 email addresses, I still get cut off today 15 November. I am fed up & do not know what to do as the email are just ignored & nobody allocate my payment to my account. They keep on giving empty promises.
