The germiston home affairs ladies specifically staff are rude yesterday an older lady working there was giving me attitude and rudely assisting us and even threatened that she wont give me my passport if im angry.Today another one cancelled our ticket number told us to reactivate it at number 12 the lady at number 12 redirected me back to her telling me she doesnt deal with such issues they are rude I dont know if they work for just the salary or for helping us.It is really wrong for a woman to be rude to other women but kind to men I say this because when I called my dad to handle everything she was then calm and quick even waited for him to fetch other documents in the car but with me she quickly cancelled and said other people are waiting meanwhile she just wanted to chat with her friends/colleagues.

Its been 4 years and on going thaty wife and myself have been having a hard time with Registering our twins . we have had a problem sins covid 19 where I have showin away or get the excuse our system is offline or we can not help to register now . 4 years later to this day we have been showing away because of power problems and asked to go to boksburg . its a fighting battle and still we are getting showing away . we have relocate to limpopo after we lost all our belongs in a house fire . is there someone that van help as the twins needs to go to school and we need the certificates . please can we get help

I made an online booking for ID collection at Vuwani home affairs. appointment was between 9 and 10, I've been waiting for almost 4 hours. They prioritise those who are paying. To look for an ID shouldn't take more than an hour. The security lady also is very rude, I'm very disappointed with their service mxm😡😡😡

They don't even deserve a star. Their immigration officers don't even know the immigration law. Worst place to go for immigration issues. Tumi there is the worst immigration officer.

Why do we have to book if we are going to wait on the que the whole day, my appointment was at 11-12 & its 3:20 as i write this butvi haven't been helped at all. They are chit chatting and saying they are off line....

I booked online,my date was 22 May 2024,time was 9am to 10am. I came earlier around6am, they told us the system is offline and came the next day still the system is offline. The security advice me to come on Saturday so that i may not cue again,they promised to attend me,im here ,since 6:30am they told us the system is offline. No one is attending us.

The security advice me to come on Saturday so that i may not cue again,they promised to attend me,im here ,since 6:30am they told us the system is offline. No one is attending us.
