Bought rails from them, after making it explicitly clear that it's for a school and needs to be sturdy. They are not sturdy. The first child that leaned against it bent the single bolt mounting at the bottom. After voicing my unhappiness and sending it video of the wobbly rails, they accused me of using "a incorrect/replacement nozzle" on the Sica epoxy. Ducking and diving, and accusing the client is not how you retain customers. I have a R15million development happening in the near future - guess whose railings I won't be using.

I have recently installed stainless steel railing on my patio. the railings fitted were exceptionally good. the installation went well until the following day when we were cleaning the patio we discovered when fitting the railings they had cracked some tiles and tried to hide the cracks by applying glue over the cracks. we have had no joy from the company after various emails as they are not interested.

EZRAILS, doesnt seem a legit company. Quote is sent from a different email account and with incorrect details and amounts. They ask for your requirements but send incorrect item desciptions on the quote. Price increases in a few days. Rather source local andf see what is being bought and can be returned if incorrect.

Good day fellow citizens, I feel it mt duty to warn you about the service I received from Design Stainless Products South Africa. I needed some stainless steel components for my holiday home at the coast, these include a 25 x 25 x 3 angle profile which is an off the shelf item as well as four rectangular shaped plates I requested to be laser cut from 3 mm stainless plate. All material to be 304 grade which is readily available. I received my quote and promptly paid the full amount on 23 November 2018. On 05 - 07 December 2018 I was disappointed after numerous call to find out when I can expect my components. The alleged director, Graham, made empty promises that he will investigate to call me back within 10 minutes. This conversation with promises to call me back repeated at least 5 times, I am still waiting on Monday 10 December 2018. As I had to depart for my holiday home without my components I made numerous calls to the company without any response to have my order cancelled. Excuses such as load shedding are understandable but to make empty promises is not what us as clients deserve. The plates could have been cut with a guillotine, angle grinder or what ever alternative to the occupied laser cutter should he have made the effort to communicate to discuss his problems. I was eventually helped by a small business after hours who were not arrogant and hungry for business, no matter how big or small.
