Netstar, if you want to to keep clients and evolve, your staff needs to be trained or replaced. Firstly, marketing staff were outright useless. Secondly, after the contract was paid up and POP sent, Tiisetso Mofooka, ignores the POP email and sends again to pay. Your services were very poor. I once called the control centre for assistance and the operator was very confused and acted like she works for DSTV or one of the government departments.

Absa insurance is of a major concern. They send assessors who are not knowledgeable and take their reports to reject claims. Never consider taking any insurance over with them. They seem to be the most useless on the country. Hopefully they will be cancelled soon.
EZRAILS, doesnt seem a legit company. Quote is sent from a different email account and with incorrect details and amounts. They ask for your requirements but send incorrect item desciptions on the quote. Price increases in a few days. Rather source local andf see what is being bought and can be returned if incorrect.
Card courier services used are suspicious. Never opt for home delivery. Despite numerous calls, no card delivered since September. Std bank email service is not active, **** advertising for communications, no response. Phone line says you are first in the que but takes 20 mins for an operator to answer. Rather go to thier bank and use thier phone for this. Pathetic bank in all aspects, from consulting with a Banker to waiting in long ques, no existence of the bank manager who selects his own clients and ignores the rest. This medical aid are ****mers. They sign you on and dissapear. When its time for usage, they are hesitant then paid then reversed payments wihout notifcation. The service provider then starts to demand payment and you are lost has to why they didnt make payments. I have now cancelled medihelp and strongly encourage others not to even consider them.
Generating ****/false statements and asking for payments with threats to hand over to debt collectors. No previous notifications provided but out of the blue an email is sent of balance outstanding that was paid my the medical aid. They did the same with covid testing were PCR tests were paid in cash and they sent invoices demanding payment.
