DO NOT USE YOUR CARD TO PAY THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY If I could give less than 1, I could, but they will take your money from your card. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD ON THEIR WEBSITE. They took R 2,295 from us. We normally on invoice from 1st -3rd of each month, but this time they decided they would just take on the 23rd, and they refuse to refund us

JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.... I DISCOVERED THEY ARE ******... MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED THIS MONTH FOR MISSING PAYMENT, I PAID THEM AND THEY UNBLOCKED AFTER I SENT THEM POP. THEY KEPT SENDING ME OVERDUE INVOICES AND I SENT THEM AGAIN MY POP'S... THEY HAVE NOW AGAIN SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT STATING THAT FUNDS ARE ALLOCATED TO AN ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT EVEN IN USE AND THEY DECIDED TO RENEW WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH ME... THEY KNEW VERY WELL I WAS NOT PAYING FOR THAT PACKAGE AS IT WAS DORMANT.

Selling unsecure domains
I bought a domain with a “site builder” page from Diamatrix, meaning my entire website and development program of the website and domain is with Diamatrix. With their help we “index” the website so it visible on Google. When I Google my website a “red” message appears stating my website is unsecure plus “The certificate for this site is not valid. Because this connection is not secure, information (such as passwords or credit cards) will not be securely sent to this site and may be intercepted or seen by others”. I immediately wrote to Diamatrix and they responded the following: “The "Unsure / Unsafe" means that your website does not have an SSL certificate. We can add an SSL certificate to your hosting package for an additional R25p/m, so your website can be "Secure". Alternatively, you can purchase an SSL certificate from the link below: https://www.domains.co.za/ssl/domain-validated-ssl-certificates” This categorically means the domain and site builder Diamatrix sell is unsafe and unsecure. I suggest they must state this clearly on their website and invoice that : THE DOMAIN AND SITE BUILDER PACKAGE WE SELL IS UNSAFE AND UNSECURE I can’t believe companies like this is allowed to operate, the least Diamatrix can do is sell safe and secure domain. Sicking.

The most frustrating domain provider
Appalling customer service. Faulty platform. Unreliable service. I am developer with 11 domains registered with domains.co.za and I am now moving all of my domains away from this joke of a platform. The customer support provided by Gareth Dodds and Kim Rudeman was shocking. This is a terrible platform and I recommend literally any other provider.

Charged for services unrendered.
Have not had a good experience from this web hosting, have had endless spamming since the moment registered. I have registered over 12 websites using 4 different hosting companies, no problems or spamming from them, but DiaMatrix has given me an exceptionally bad experience. Even closing my account a year later, endless hassles, procedures and even charging me for services i never requested. I would sincerely suggest you check your contracts, procedures and ethics when dealing with this company.

They delete your website with the tick of a finger
<p>Built my own website with love emotions and thought and bouhgt photos online via the website which I would pressume is then my property since I paid it with MY credit card and money. Paid each month. Made 12 payments for each month d. Skipped Aug and Sept due to being busy very busy but happily paid as soon as I received an email and then paid again for Dec and Jan not knowing that my website has already been flicked into thin air with the tick of a finger in Nov. So do not use domains.co.za as website builder if you want your site to stay on air</p>
