Die Butger se afleweringsdiens is nie goed nie. Deurlopende nie-aflewerings word ten spyte van mooi beloftes net onder die mat ingevee. "Jammer meneer" blyk die enigste oplossing te wees waarmee hul jou paai. Ek dink hulle lieg vir mense en dink jy sien nie deur dit nie. Ek wens n persoon wat gesag hey bel my om dit op te los. Nie net vir my maar vir almal wat hieronder ly.

Onaanvaarbaar om n spel/tik fout te begaan en ons as familie pa moet staan vir julle fout by vandag se doods berigte. Ons betaal vir julle diens!!! Om agter na te kom en se dis ons fout ons moes dit na gesien het is belaglik dis reeds hoekom ons "betaal" vir JULLE diens!!!

Die Burger is one of the best newspapers, but their delivery service is beyond shocking. And when you call to complain, they "make a note". What exactly does that mean? And now its the car breakdown story, then its a flat tyre - I don't for a moment say these things don't happen, but if you contractually advise your client that delivery is by 06h00, and every day its delivered at 07h30, then surely there is a problem, that is beyond just a car problem. How many times must I call Media24 to advise that the newspaper is delivered late before there is any action taken? And if I cancel my subscription, its also ok - as what is one less subscriber to the thousands that do subscribe? Really beyond pathetic delivery service.

my monthly subscription are paid by credit card. My credit card expired on 3/16. I was called by die burger consultant that I have to give my new expiry date etc. I had to put in the particulars with the IVR which I did and it gave me results that is was successful. I then was called again and told that it wasn't successful and I had to put all the information in again which I did. The consultant then said everything was okay and there wont be a disruption in my being subscribe on the e newspaper. well last week I didn't receive the newspaper on Saturday 22nd and again I called the consultant then said he will handle it but alas had to send mails yesterday and still no e newspaper for me!! I am so disgusted as this happens all the time!!

I called the call centre no several times for a query with an advertisement but with no satisfactory responses. I got through to a Samantha to leave the details with her. I gauged that she was shouting and asked her about it. She of course denied it. I also asked her if that was the way she spoke to other clients. While I was still speaking to her, she cut the call.<br> I called back and left a message for T van Zyl who was I was told was in charge. She returned my call and said that she had a recording that Samantha was not shouting and that it was I that was shouting. She also said that perhaps due to the \system"that used used there"
