I had numerous problems with my account with Edgars which are administered with RCS. I did my payment on 30 November and they told me the payment didnt went through. I did another payment on 1 December. It went through my bank account. I sent an e mail to RCS on on 27 November and on 10 December as my two payments didnt show on Edgars statement. The didnt reply on either my e mails. I also called them with no joy. They even now add interest o my account though I pay every month before the due date!! I am so DISGUSTED with their service!! They just want to add interest even that may account is paid before due date. They are *******!!!!
Since a few months ago I have a big problem with Edgars and the account. I retired at the end of May and pay my account every end of the month when my pension is paid. Edgars now added for a few months interest on my account. I sent e-mails to their accounting department and do not get any feedback back. I pay my account even in person and still interest are added every month! The account I have I had since 1975 and never had these problems! It is daylight robbery!!! This is a 6 month no interest account or should be. Really disgusted by Edgars
I ve been using Mweb Adsl service for a long time. I decided to change to Fibre in November 2019. I tried to call MWeb but their phones was busy all the time. I then post on their fb page a message,. They called me on 22nd January and i told them that i want to change to MWeb fibre that it is urgent as my daughter is a student. Vuma came the 24th January and installed the fibre to my home. On 27th my router was received. But now you dont hear from MWeb. I cannot connect to the internet and still have ADSL. I cancelled my phone as my colleague told me they connected them within a day. There was also a lady on the fb site that said that they connected her within a day. But i left numerous messages but with no avail! It is very frustrating when you need urgent connection for work and study and no one to help! So many ppl i now see that are not happy with their service. I chose them as it would be less effort to stay with MWeb as i didnt have bad service before but with Fibre its just no service at all!
<p>i just came from mugg and bean at Tygervalley and what pathetic service we had! we came early and ordered their coconut and carrot soup for my friend and chicken and mayo for me after 20 minutes waiting the waiter Portia came to tell us that sorry they didnt have that soup. my friend then ordered a mushrooms and herbs torta. agter about 20 minutes Portia came baqck and informed us , hey we still have that soup you ordered and then bring after 10 minutes brisket soup which my friend didnt ordered as she is vegetarian!! Then said they will bring the torta and after 26 minutes they wanted to bring the torta while my food was already eaten!! i called the manager who apologised but my friend didnt have food and they said it would take quick! never in my life did i get this bad service EVER!!</p>
my monthly subscription are paid by credit card. My credit card expired on 3/16. I was called by die burger consultant that I have to give my new expiry date etc. I had to put in the particulars with the IVR which I did and it gave me results that is was successful. I then was called again and told that it wasn't successful and I had to put all the information in again which I did. The consultant then said everything was okay and there wont be a disruption in my being subscribe on the e newspaper. well last week I didn't receive the newspaper on Saturday 22nd and again I called the consultant then said he will handle it but alas had to send mails yesterday and still no e newspaper for me!! I am so disgusted as this happens all the time!!
Good day on 23 November I complain that I didn't receive my bills and it was sent to me in a format that I couldn't open it. It was rectified a nd then I didn't receive any bills again in January. I complain on 2 January and it was again sent to me.<br> <br> Now for the past 2 months I didn't receive any bills again! When will this be sent to me without me complaining! Vodacom deduct the money each month but without me being sent a bill so I don't know what will be deducted before hand! please please handle this urgently!!
I went to our Sanbel branch in November to get my security on my policy cancel the lade Karen told me it would take some time about 3 weeks to finalise. well this is now 14th January 2016 and I already called from last week and the cession still not cancelled. I wont be able to receive the proceeds on my policy before this is not finalised. They said that the cession is already cancelled but I checked and its still not cancelled at the life insurance company. so how long will this still take???
Good day I had a complaint logged on the 14th December regarding my landline and adsl line not working after I already had a landline not working for 15 days before. Narriman said he would come back to me with feedback as one of their employees put the phone down in my ear and I also couldn't get any feedback regarding the landline and adsl problem. for the first part of the failure of the landline I received for the 15 days reimbursement of R227 for the 2nd failure I only received a reimbursement for the 12 days R143 how is this working?? <br> I want feedback from Narriman why he didn't come back to me as well as an explanation on how the credit is for 3 days a R84 difference in credit??
I complaint on 23 November 2015 that i dont receive my account in pdf format and therefore cannot open the account. Zanele sent it to me in pdf file but since the 26 November i still didnt receive any further invoices from vodacom. i cannot therefore check my bill. Not cool at all. Please be more customer friendly!!
my landline and adsl services were down from 16th November and only reinstate on the 30th November. For 9 days I had my landline and adsl restored and again on 10th December no landline or ADSL service again! For how long will this be down again. how can I do my work at home and also use other services as my newspaper are also subscribed online I didn't have that service either! how pathetic can this be and this when the holidays are upon us?? please don't give me feedback of \we will investigate and come back"and never hear from you again for 2 weeks! I want more feedback than the normal \""I will give feedback.....\"" """
