Lack of communication...long wait for delivery...
Good day Really bad service received when it comes to any kind of feedback via whatsapp/email/Facebook messages (i was blocked on their Facebook page due to commenting on their photos my frustration) 18 Feb Order & pay R2056 28 Feb Promise to send parcel & send tracking number...no feed back & no parcel sent 2 March Requested feed back AGAIN Was told almost finished with order will let me know and it will be sent on Friday 3 March Monday 6 March Still no tracking number received or feedback from them Tuesday 7 March No reply to any of my messages & i was blocked on their Facebook page. What is one supposed to do? Two weeks have passed and no tracking number sent or even feedback given from last request to be kept informed?? They blame "loadshedding " & cable theft which is something ALL companies & families deal with on a daily basis. But it's no excuse for not communicating with your customers??? All customers want is honest feedback...and if you promise to send tracking number then keep to your promise

Great Service
I'll definitely support them again.. Order took slightly longer in December due to challenges the owner had with a broken arm, but received my order, and I was over the moon. He had a huge backlog, but we received our items, and they look great.. Good luck with your arm. We totally understood the situation, and patiently waited.

I'll definitely support them again.. Order took slightly longer in December due to challenges the owner had with a broken arm, but received my order, and I was over the moon. He had a huge backlog, but we received our items, and they look great.. Good luck with your arm. We totally understood the situation, and patiently waited.

Good Service.. Well worth the wait. Ordered in December, and the owner fell and broke his arm, and weren't able to send the parcel. We had to wait a little while longer, as the owner was in a sling.. But when the items arrived, we were over the moon.

More than 3 months since I ordered and received nothing as yet and owner does not answer my calls
I placed an order on 13 November 2022 and had numerous conversations with the owner always promising my order will be shipped the next day. Then in between you cannot get hold of him. He promised me again on 12 January that my order will be shipped the next day or two and then from there I cannot get hold of him and he does not reply to my messages. I have not received my order and it has already been 3 months.

More than 3 months since I ordered and received nothing as yet and owner does not answer my calls
