Good Service.. Well worth the wait. Ordered in December, and the owner fell and broke his arm, and weren't able to send the parcel. We had to wait a little while longer, as the owner was in a sling.. But when the items arrived, we were over the moon.

I contacted Standard Bank Vehicle Finance last week 02 February, and spoke to Esther Strachan to request duplicate Natis of a vehicle. After a short discussion, she told me that I need to pay R303, and even gave me the reference number that I need to use when making the payment.

She told me that the papers will be ready for me to collect in 3 working days.

So today, 07 Feb, I called the Standard Bank Finance department again, to enquire if the papers are ready, just to be told, that my request has been declined. How pathetic is this of Standard Bank, not giving you a courtesy call informing you that the request has been declined.

When I spoke to another consultant today, I was told I need to get a consent letter from the owner to give me permission to apply for the documents. Why didnt Esther call, or sent me an email to inform me that the request was declined. Obviously she feel nothing for customer service. Why didnt she tell me that I had to get the consent letter? She told me that she'll apply for the paper, I just need to get the registered owner to call in, and confirm that I'll be collecting them.

So how exactly does it work at Standard Bank, that one employee working in the same department, tells you different from another one working in the same department.

Its now been over 2 weeks since we originally requested these documents, and still no luck. I would never ever in my lifetime move my account to Standard Bank, or advise ANY of my friends and family to move to Standard Bank

I had a property that was sold on auction a couple of years ago, and the bank kept me liable for the shortfall between the selling price and what the property sold for.

A couple of months ago, I receive a call from their attorneys, Stupel and Berman. After consulting with my attorneys, I was advised that I should make arrangements to pay which i then did.

On the 26th Of September 2016, I received a call, as well as an email stating that Standard Bank has offered me a 10% on the outstanding amount, settlement discount.

So on Monday, 21 November, I contacted Stupel and Berman, to confirm the settlement amount, just too be told, that sorry, they made a mistake and its no longer 10% its now 20% of the outstanding amount. So it went from R29400 to R58800. I've allready had to make arrangements to get hold of the R29400, now they want me to get another R29400. Surely this cant be right? What un proffesional company are you dealing with. I was willing to pay the R29400, but wont be able to afford the R58800. The worst of it all is, is that Stupel & Berman doesnt accept any accountability for their mistake that they have made. Ive contacted Standard Bank, and spoke to a lady called Maki, who tried to assist. I contated her yesterday, and wanted to talk to her team leader, which were supposed to have contacted me, but hasnt called yet.

I really wanted to take advantage of this oppertunity to settle the debt and carry on with my live, and now because of an unproffessional company, which takes NO accountabilty for their mistakes, I need to bite the dust.

We purchased a property from someone who has their bond registered with FNB. First of all, FNB lost the title deed, which are REALLY pathetic. Ok, so we accepted this. You appointed Blakes Maphanga Attorneys to handle the cancellation of the bond. The transfer should have been done, but still not, because your APPOINTED attorney Blakes Maphanga, never placed the ad with the Deeds Office. What a pathetic bunch of people!! In the mean time, we are just waiting and waiting and waiting for this transfer, and it all STARTED with FNB who seems to loose title deeds.

I recently applied for a Homeloan on Nedbank's website, First of all, it was user friendly, and very easy to do. Next morning, I received my bond approval in principal .Very impressed of how quick I got results, The a couple of days later I received a offer from another bank, with a better interest rate. I went back to Nedbank, at their call centre there were a very energetic person called Hershel Joyce who took the call, He tried his utmost BEST to get my interest rate reduced but couldn't. Although Nedbank wasn't willing to drop the rate, I was still very impressed with this consultants willingness and helpfulness to try and get this reduced!

Thank you Hershel, you do Nedbank proud!!
Good Day,

I applied for a homeloan last week, received feedback stating that its been declined, yet no one could tell me why its been declined.
