DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PLACE FOR ANY EVENT

What a disappointment this place turned out to be. Booked and paid R4550 - R550 booking fee and R4000 for gazebo for my lil sister's baby shower to be held end of Oct. Unfortunately the baby came early at 6 months and we had to cancel the event. Sent them an email on 8 Sept to cancel for end Oct, they acknowledged and promised to refund me but noooo, i had to send multiple emails which went unanswered and calls that promised to call back and never did. After much harassment from me, they refunded me R3500 without any explanation as to why they had to take R1050. Their terms only specify about giving 7 days notice on the R550 deposit which they will deduct a certain percentage of that but noooo, i gave them more than a month notice, they dont even deduct from the dep fee but they went and took even from the gazebo fee with no reason or explanation. ****** these ones, no integrity at all. I am never setting my foot there even for a mere lunch
