<div>I reserved a table for 4 people at Wolfgat Restaurant in Paternoster via the Dineplan app on February 9. Dineplan deducted R5,000.00 from my credit card to confirm the reservation. On April 5, I canceled the reservation for April 13. According to the cancellation policy, the full amount will be refunded if canceled more than 72 hours in advance. I canceled 8 days or 192 hours before, which was earlier than necessary. The refund to my debit card was not possible as the number had changed in the meantime. I therefore submitted a Proof of Account through my bank on April 30. Today is May 20th and I have been waiting in vain for the refund since April 5th - so more than 6 weeks have passed. I therefore urgently warn every user of this app and every guest of Wolfgat Deposit to pay. Dineplan is debiting money on behalf of the restaurants without taking responsibility for refunds. ++++++ from Dineplan has tried to resolve the matter without success. If the money is not in my account by May 22, I will instruct a lawyer.</div>
