I reserved a table for 4 people at Wolfgat Restaurant in Paternoster via the Dineplan app on February 9. Dineplan deducted R5,000.00 from my credit card to confirm the reservation. On April 5, I canceled the reservation for April 13. According to the cancellation policy, the full amount will be refunded if canceled more than 72 hours in advance. I canceled 8 days or 192 hours before, which was earlier than necessary. The refund to my debit card was not possible as the number had changed in the meantime. I therefore submitted a Proof of Account through my bank on April 30. Today is May 20th and I have been waiting in vain for the refund since April 5th - so more than 6 weeks have passed. I therefore urgently warn every user of this app and every guest of Wolfgat Deposit to pay. Dineplan is debiting money on behalf of the restaurants without taking responsibility for refunds. Giselle Heynes from Dineplan has tried to resolve the matter without success. If the money is not in my account by May 22, I will instruct a lawyer.

I paid Italtile Design Consultant Clint Ismail on 06 September for 6 tiles in stock R25,009.20. According to his written confirmation dated 08 September, they were to be delivered on 12 September. On 13 Setember I tried several times unsuccessfully to reach Clint to clarify the promised delivery for the previous day. For hours, 4 tilers stand around without material and cost only money. Meanwhile I think that the paid tiles are not in stock. I have been buying from Tilespace for years and they have always delivered on time. Italtile is therefore not worth a recommendation!

You depend on an Internet connection, then you should choose a cheaper provider. At Wibernet, you already pay 33% more than competitors for poor service and the slowest line. We have been disconnected from the Internet for several days at two different locations. Apparently Openserve recorded our Wibernet cancellation data incorrectly and disconnected us more than 5 weeks before the contract expired. But we don't have a contract with Openserve and really wonder how we could be so stupid to sign two contracts directly with Wibernet. THINK TWICE

So you sit around at home all day waiting for your damn package but nothing gets delivered. No notification or courtesy call to inform you as to what is happening with your package. <p>A short time after installation of kitchen furniture several defects came up. Since more then 6 months the defects are not eleminate. The last side meeting was 2 month ago!! Willow Works don't fix anything. I am only disappointed and will never use them again. Don't make the same fault and pay them before all defects are sorted. I placed today a complaint by NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION to get support.</p>
If you give a notice of withdrawal before 16h00 your investment money have to reflect the following business day in your cash account. If you trust this Nedbank rule you are disappointed on the following day. THEY MAKES THINGS NOT HAPPENING. I call it poor service and bad customer support.
