Rubbish service

2 weeks again your client drove into me. My 3rd party claim has been submitted more that a week ago and no acknowledgement from nonkululekoko@discovery.co.za.

Why must I follow up to find out where we are with the process?? No communication at all - lack of service. I have sent 2 emails plus my documents and nothing from you!
