I have been a client for years, but when I write an email about renewing my contract on the 6 January 2026 already and not get any response, I think I might just go to the competition. Highly unhappy as I have sent more emails on 14 January and on 2 Feb - NO response!!! Bad service.
It is easy to take my money, but when a refund is due, they are full of stories. Received a "process refund" notification in 25 Jan, but no monies have been returned.
I went to Sorbet Rosebank to treat myself on my birthday. I booked via the app. The old product was removed by a nail tech with not a lot of experience. She was halfway through before another tech took over. I asked for square nails with round sides, but she just cut it without filing it and it hooks on everything. She proceeded to put something on my nails, not saying anything about a price increase. When paying they charged me for the nail treatment but I insisted on the price displayed on the app. I am also very disappointed as I told 3 ladies that it is my birthday and no one said anything about a discount. I dont think I will go back to Rosebank.
You have closed my complaint without even contacting me! INC-BC93F_EB2BF0 Your negligence caused damage to my car and you cant even pick up the phone to speak to me. You had since May to contact me. This is not Resolved!
When scafolding falls on your car and Mcdonalds promise to get back to you and then ghosts you, is dispicable! I have a case number and you just dont seem to care! Your scaffolding cased damages to my car!! Your neglegence!!!
<div>Spark Schools are really not competent! From wrong invoiced to early termination of contract when I clearly stated the end date. Waiting to see if Im going to get billed for another month as well. The headmaster isnt even based at the school but in another province! They treat the parents like 5 year olds and doesnt show compassion at all. Futher more, the boys cannot play soccer with a ball during the short breaks that they get so they play with a bottle. I am wondering if they do actually care about the welbeing of their scholars. So dissapointed in this school!</div>
2 weeks again your client drove into me. My 3rd party claim has been submitted more that a week ago and no acknowledgement from nonkululekoko@discovery.co.za. Why must I follow up to find out where we are with the process?? No communication at all - lack of service. I have sent 2 emails plus my documents and nothing from you!
Bought an expensive Bennett Read Airfryer. Used it once and now an error message apears and cannot use it!!
How many times should I "opt out" before you will stop contacting me! This is ridiculous. Remove me off your contact list.
There are unauthorized checks done and all Clearscore does is ask "why do they need authorization?" BECAUSE I did not give authority for anyone the check anything about me!! POPI ACT violations!!! I should have to give consent for ALL checks. This is negatively affecting my credit score that I have worked very hard at rectifying! FIX IT!!!!!
