Discovery Employee Benefits | Retirement Useless
Discovery Employee Benefits | Retirement, is the most useless department within the umbrella, you will never get any feedback or response from their Client Servicing Manager, Itumeleng Khoza...No matter how pressing the matter is you will always be advised she is in a meeting, or leave or training, it gets one wondering which clients is she truly managing. You could hardly get a response on email from her. Discovery needs to revaluate their hiring process as others are just working there to not be a number on the unemployment statistics.

HR department queries
I need some help which is just impossible to get when you try and get through to the HR department regarding applications I did but just no one respond to your call and the call centre agent take down your deatils and often say an HR will get in contact with you it's been for almost since the beginning of the year I call every second or third day and just no one get back to you. I need help from someone in the HR department.

Rubbish service
2 weeks again your client drove into me. My 3rd party claim has been submitted more that a week ago and no acknowledgement from nonkululekoko@discovery.co.za. Why must I follow up to find out where we are with the process?? No communication at all - lack of service. I have sent 2 emails plus my documents and nothing from you!

Rubbish service

Discovery avoids to pay claims
Discovery Ltd are white collared criminals. They will not pay out in the event of a Severe Illness and Occupational Disability, finding every excuse to avoid a payout even though I was boarded off by their appointed medical specialist. Talking from experience...fighting them legally for 6yrs now, while I remain uninsurable and medically boarded from my profession. Be wise when considering life cover or medical aid. Don't be tempted by that carrot they dangle in front! #DiscoveryMustFall
