The worse service I have received been battling with legalwise for a year now and they can't help me its pointless having them cause you have to do the work for them. I am cancelling this service. Ready for deduction bt fail to provide services
I need some help which is just impossible to get when you try and get through to the HR department regarding applications I did but just no one respond to your call and the call centre agent take down your deatils and often say an HR will get in contact with you it's been for almost since the beginning of the year I call every second or third day and just no one get back to you. I need help from someone in the HR department.
I am very happy with the service received from the account department with the lady working in accounts Tshiamo was very professional and friendly she assisted me in getting my connection back online in no time. She called back after a while just to check if the connection is still fine. Thank you very much for all your help and assistance
I had wrote an email to standard bank 3 weeks ago regarding a possible scam I have received from a similar email address as them. Until now I have not received any response from them, just show you the lack urgency standard bank has to respond to mails especially when it has to do something about scam or fraud. Bad service
I was called by the credit card department last week 02 Dec and offered me an upgrade on my credit card. The consultant advised me she will get back to me up till today I never received an email or call to tell me what is the progress of my credit card
Everymonth I receive sms on my status of how much I need pay and all of sudden I need to pay arrears which I know nothing about and all they say is sorry but you must pay for arrears which I am not aware of.b
I have emailed the bank 2 weeks ago with regards to my standard bank credit card and I once receive an email back that requested my ID number and there after I never received any response whatsoever. It is very disappointing how long I am waiting.
I have been paying my credit card monthly without skipping one month and I make sure i pay more than what my minimum installment is per month I am not using my card at all but the amount just never decrees it is still stuck on one amount

I am currently in 3 months arrears with telkom I have given my account number for debit because telkom forced me into debit orders so i always have in my account but still I am always in arrears and every time I call the call centre I wait more than 30 min the Facebook messenger helpdesk take 3 days to respond to one message and than take another 3 days to respond again.... that I absolutely nad service....
