TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Yesterday 25 Feb 23 was a terrible experience. The waiters have favourites and don't cater to everyone needs. Regardless if you you are at Vip or VVip 👎. And then when one goes to the bar there's a long line that took almost 2hours to get served. That also has favourites with security and waiters even when people are standing in that long line. How does such an "award winning" establishment only have one bar and not enough waiters/waitresses. The bar was so such a terrible experience I vowed to never go there again. With the renovations happening hopefully another bar or plans to have other options to serve the patrons are looked it. It's not expected to have such bad experiences in such places. Maybe some of us need to know the people that work at Disoufeng so that the experience can be great. So unfortunate!
