A.I. Agents at DristroKid unable to answer questions

I have an issue with 3 x annual charges (I know what they are for) being deducted twice in one year. I have tried resolving this through the Chat service, and various emails. I suspect I am contacted by A.I. agents, as there are no last names. Only 'Heart', 'Aphrodite' and 'Man'. Every time my question is being ignored and I receive the same explanation of what the charges are for. I requested a call back, but only received another email stating that they don't offer that at the moment. A moment of hope existed when I received a response from 'John Nel', but unfortunately he is also imaginary, or didn't read the numerous emails before his. I received the same answer and my question was once again ignored. My only hope is to delete my music from Distrokid and find another distributor where there are actual humans that you can talk to.
