A.I. Agents at DristroKid unable to answer questions
I have an issue with 3 x annual charges (I know what they are for) being deducted twice in one year. I have tried resolving this through the Chat service, and various emails. I suspect I am contacted by A.I. agents, as there are no last names. Only 'Heart', 'Aphrodite' and 'Man'. Every time my question is being ignored and I receive the same explanation of what the charges are for. I requested a call back, but only received another email stating that they don't offer that at the moment. A moment of hope existed when I received a response from 'John Nel', but unfortunately he is also imaginary, or didn't read the numerous emails before his. I received the same answer and my question was once again ignored. My only hope is to delete my music from Distrokid and find another distributor where there are actual humans that you can talk to.

DO NOT USE DISTROKID
This platform is absolutely the worst, I am using the MUSICIAN PLUS PLAN which is around $40. I had uploaded an upcoming song of mine, four (4) weeks ahead as they suggested, three (3) weeks into it they have taken down all my previous music, and also my upcoming release and there has been no communication whatsoever. This has messed up my release calendar as I have to push back my dates again and have to start over with everything I have covered in the past few weeks. I would advise people not to engage with this platform as it has poor service delivery, poor contact support, and it can definitely ruin your music career as an upcoming artist.

DISTROKID - ZERO support!
I have had a www.distrokid.com account for years. Being a digital distribution channel, MANY of our artists are distributed via our account. In the meanwhile we have changed email addresses, and DISTROKID has NO way of getting 1) us back into our account, or 2) of giving as access to a human that can help us. Several attempts later, they just keep landing us on a page where a 2-factor code is sent to an email address that DOES NOT EXIST anymore. No other options. Come on DISTROKID - reach out to me! The experience with your 'modern, funky' platform has turned into a disgust.
