I have had to replace the massage touch screen machine three times in a month after purchase. struggled to get a warranty finalized. And now the devices has similar defects as was the original replaced issue. they do not want to honor their waranty, stating i have to pay handling and delivery fees, although their website also claims free delivery in SA, and also claiming that they are no longer tied to the franchise that i bought it from, but my warranty is registered to the Cape town company? I wanted to return the original device within a month of purchase, i was not satisfied, but i was sweet talked into keeping, with replacements on replacements and extra goodies. i only opened the newly replaced device 18 months later as i was totally flabbergasted by my experience, and only a week after use it has the same issues. not fully functional.
