I have had to replace the massage touch screen machine three times in a month after purchase. struggled to get a warranty finalized. And now the devices has similar defects as was the original replaced issue. they do not want to honor their waranty, stating i have to pay handling and delivery fees, although their website also claims free delivery in SA, and also claiming that they are no longer tied to the franchise that i bought it from, but my warranty is registered to the Cape town company? I wanted to return the original device within a month of purchase, i was not satisfied, but i was sweet talked into keeping, with replacements on replacements and extra goodies. i only opened the newly replaced device 18 months later as i was totally flabbergasted by my experience, and only a week after use it has the same issues. not fully functional.
Tempest - car rental - 6000886506 OUr rental contract was booked via Vitality for 11-18Dec at George airport.Unfortunately i made a mistake an booked our vehicle at OR Thambo. Mr Trever assited us as we requested two smaller vehicles available then for our two families. He went to the manager and arranged for us to receive a mini bus at a similar price, also notifying us that they dont usually do this but he managed to pull a favour. We were so grateful. We waited patiently for our invoice as the two families should share the cost for renting and maintenance and refueling. To date no invoice. I saw my credit card reconciled with dubble the value end Dec. We phoned in January to enquire re this. Miss Anette Moolman told us its because the values are different from inland rentals. I explained to her what happened and she referred us to Gracia Witbooi. i have to phone her once or twice a week with NO feedback. My last feedback was she managed to reason for a credit note but nothing has happened yet. i also ask for a invoice every time i phone her. Today she said her system is slow she will mail me within minutes. I phone a few hours later with no email yet to hear she has gone home. Is she feeding us empty lies, as she is not confirming authorization of the credit note on mail. She always has the one excuse to the other, i have all my emails as proof of my attempts to communicate with her. Horrible experience. i have now accumulated interest of almost R500 on my credit card as the two families still dont know how to plit the cost and what the final cost value is. this is criminal to take money for service with a different agreement amount. its criminal to not provide invoices for the value taken.
Purchased the premium collection massager just over a month ago. They have to replace the device for the third time now due to malfunction. They are refusing a refund. As much as i loved the idea of a home EMS impulse device it is just unreliable and the customer service at head office does not correspond to the info provided at the sales level.

once holding on for 20mins+ toe speak to a consultant, should they need to revert me to a different department the consultants ALWAYS drop my calls. No i have to phone again and hold for another 20min. Pastel never phones back when they loose their customer's calls. I have verified who i am, you have my number?????
dropped my phone call 7 times today while placing me on hold to assist with an error on my company. unacceptable. each time phoning for support is a dreadful experience. You have my customer number. why not phone me back? 164529
I received a message 7 Jan 2020 that our unit is not working, and i have to phone to schedule a maintenance. I then followed up by calling Cartrack and informing them that maintenance is necessary. They told me somebody will phone back. So today "28 Jan 2020" i phoned again to follow up. The assistant confirmed the system read that my maintenance was pending and was so rude to me and shortly after i got cut off. I phoned again to follow up, and now i have been told that the maintenance dept is backed up. So if something was to happen to my car as this unit is a prerequisite to my insurance policy I would then personally hold Cartrack responsible for my losses. Horrible service. Not my negative rodeo with you guys either.
After numerous follow ups and two Hello Peter reviews the has motivated zero action.... makro sent this message ; At Makro we pride ourselves in providing the best service to our customers and are working around the clock to ensure that all online purchases will be delivered by Monday 23 December. We do understand the frustration that this has caused and would like to offer a R100 Makro gift card redeemable at any of our stores. Your I can confirm no delivery received as promised. Failed to deliver now for the second time. This is due to a mistake by a telephone operator at Makro. I Ordered on the 4th of Dec and have one family member without his christmas present.
I have logged numerous calls to let them know that my order was redirected to the wrong store. No action came from reporting. Makro phoned immediately after my 1st Hello Peter review and promised personal delivery on 13Dec. As of yet (17 Dev) no follow up, no delivery, no product. With Christmas lurking around the corner there is one less present to give. I will not recommend online ordering at Makro SA
I made an online purchase but immediately realized I selected the wrong store begin Germiston. I phoned online support right after payment and requested that this purchase be reverted to Centurion Store. They were very reluctant to assist but assured that they arranged with delivery that the product be delivered at Centurion. two days later i phoned again, they made a mistake and channeled my order to Crown mines, i dont even know where this is. I informed them of the mistake. to date no feedback. my reference number for this is 41865
