Bad communication and service
I place an order 7 days ago The supplier said they take 2-3 working days I have been communicating on WhatsApp and instagram And from last week they been saying Thursday then Friday Today i have been told a courier will communicate with me but when i ask what time they just say “today”

11 Mar 2026, 16:28Very disappointed with this purchase. I spent a lot of money on this wig and the service and quality were unacceptable. The delivery took far too long, and when the wig finally arrived it was in poor condition and shedding badly straight out of the package.
To make matters worse, the packaging was careless
For the price paid, I expected much better quality and professionalism. This experience was extremely frustrating.
