Warning !!!!! -not to buy from Dotpharm
I am convinced that Dotpharm is a **** as the did not deliver my order. Have not responded once to any of my numerous messages and did not refund my money. So, all I can do is to warn others not to place any orders with them.

HARSH AND HUMILIATING TREATMENT BY ESME THE MANAGER AT DOT PHARM FOURWAYS
I am 63 yrs old and a customer at Dot pharmacy Fourways Mall Jhb.I was treated like a ******** by the manager Esme,over 2 small skincare samples.8 was called back into the store, publicly humiliated in front of other customers, spoken to in a dehumanizing way,and even saw Esme try to stop a staff member, Shandle from confirming that my granddaughter and myself had made purchases from trying the samples. The experience was so humiliating that I t made me physically ill whereby 8 was vomiting by the time I reached my car.No customer deserves t9 be treated like this.I was treated like a ******** over 2 skincare samples.

The ladies at Dotpharm Pharmacy are amazing. Their service is phenomenal, and they don't waste time.They give you good advice and make you feel genuinely safe and cared for. I recommend this pharmacy 110%, and thank you for your time and patience.

Is Dotpharm a ****?
I ordered something online from them. I waited two weeks without any communication or confirmation. I phoned them, they said they dont have stock they'll order. They ordered the wrong stock. They said they'll refund, yet they never responded. Their online store might be a ****? It's a month later now... no delivery, no refund, no correspondence from them.

I've never in my life experienced such bad service from a pharmacy. They take your money and than can't get the medication from their suppliers and tell you 3 weeks later. This is now the second pharmacy who can't deliver a service. Unreal how these businesses are still open.
