I am 63 yrs old and a customer at Dot pharmacy Fourways Mall Jhb.I was treated like a ******** by the manager Esme,over 2 small skincare samples.8 was called back into the store, publicly humiliated in front of other customers, spoken to in a dehumanizing way,and even saw Esme try to stop a staff member, Shandle from confirming that my granddaughter and myself had made purchases from trying the samples. The experience was so humiliating that I t made me physically ill whereby 8 was vomiting by the time I reached my car.No customer deserves t9 be treated like this.I was treated like a ******** over 2 skincare samples.
I was called by a consultant of The TFG group. I hold a Sportscene Account. She made me aware of a promotion that was running with MTN for areduced cost in Airtime accompanied by a R250 rand vouvher to be spent at any of their stores. This was in November 2021. I have not received the voucher to date but get billed gor the airtime.Thw supervisor Karimas explanation for me not receiving the voucher is that The Consultant sighned me up on the wrong day. There is a recorded telephone conversation between the consultant and I whereby the consultant repeatedly assures of a voucher thar I am entitled to. Please beware.
I have had insurance for car buildings and home contents for the past 30 yrs. I draw on the experience of these 30 years and can, without a doubt confess that INTEGRISURE is the best by far. They stand out in terms of Service. Professionalism and all round perfection. This is the one time where I can say 5 stars are too little. This company needs 10 stars.
