I ordered something online from them. I waited two weeks without any communication or confirmation. I phoned them, they said they dont have stock they'll order. They ordered the wrong stock. They said they'll refund, yet they never responded. Their online store might be a ****? It's a month later now... no delivery, no refund, no correspondence from them.

I sent my Oakley flak jacket sunglasses to be repaired, as the lenses were full of scratches and peeling.<br> I was very happy with the repair at first, but unfortunately then realized that they forgot to supply nose cushions.<br> The sunglasses without nose cushions are terrible to wear.<br> <br> My complaint is that it is impossible to get hold of them for after sale/repair support.<br> I would like Oakley to send me some flak jacket nose cushions to my local Oakley supplier or to my home address please.<br> <br> I phoned my local Oakley supplier, but they referred me back to the repair center in Observatory.<br> I emailed the repair center with the request and my postal address, but no reply.<br> I phoned the repair center, but after holding for an hour, I gave up.<br> <br> So, again, my complaint is that it's impossible to get hold of Oakley repairs.<br> I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Oakley can help me out with supplying flak jacket nose rubbers.
