OUTsurance is the worst insurance company I've dealt with
OUTsurance is the worst insurance company I've dealt with. They sent me a threatening email demanding a large amount of money for an accident caused by my previous driver. I then got an email from Sizwe Solwandle and Lindie Barkhuizen asking me for my banking details (bank letter), and their insurer decided to withdraw his claim as he repaired the vehicle himself. It's now two weeks later, and they can't direct me to the financial department because they don't have a number and excuse after excuse!They owe me money and they're withholding it, I've never in my life dealt with such terrible service. I'm anxious about whether I'll receive my money. They have no idea what they're doing!!! I've used my own airtime and contacted them 3 times. Please for the love of God. Stay away from this *********** company. You should be ashamed..

The ladies at Dotpharm Pharmacy are amazing. Their service is phenomenal, and they don't waste time.They give you good advice and make you feel genuinely safe and cared for. I recommend this pharmacy 110%, and thank you for your time and patience.

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Fourways Hospital *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Don't waste your time and money. Dotsure insurance is by far the most terrible of them all. They hide hidden costs, and if you don't have an operating license, they take -R20,000 for a claim. It's difficult to get your calls answered, and their loop holes are a pain in the ass. I want to speak to the CEO of Dotsure. Your clients lose vehicle because ot other people's incompetence, yet you don't get any money from the 3rd party. I've lost a vehicle and lost R90 000, R20 000 for the operating I have but my meter taxi license is the operating license. They don't care about the 3rd party and don't bother to get your money owed to you..I lost another R60 000 because they didn't pay me out what they said they would. Don't use this company..

I do not recommend this company
I do not recommend this company. They are impossible to contact, you always dealing with different agents and can't keep up with their questions etc. Please read your insurance policy with dotsure because they thrive on paying as little as possible and they speak to you like you are a number.

These idiots were supposed to repair the reflectors on my TV, which was an easy fix
These idiots were supposed to repair the reflectors on my TV, which was an easy fix. They also were supposed to repair my DVD speakers. They had my R10 000 TV for over 3 weeks, when they delivered it. It was more damaged than when it went in. They removed my reflectors and damaged my TV stand and legs and scratched the **** out of it. Stay away from this disgusting asshole compamy
