Disappointing Experience with Dokes DOUX Group of Companies Plumbing Services I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from DOUX Group of Companies Plumbing Services. They installed two gas geysers at my house, but the experience has been plagued with issues. After installation I had problems with leaks on plumbing that wasn’t done correctly!!! From day one, the geysers failed to ignite and work properly. The installation team acknowledged the problem, but the management didn't take adequate steps to resolve it. Despite multiple attempts to fix the issue, the problems persisted. It's been over a week and a half, and the geysers have been removed, but I still haven't received a clear resolution. The communication has been poor, with promises and excuses being passed around without any tangible progress. I've been told that someone else (Alpha) will supposedly sort out the issue, but I'm yet to see any concrete action. Overall, my experience with DOUX Group of Companies Plumbing Services has been frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a higher level of service, especially when dealing with essential installations like geysers. Until they address these issues, I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Tiaan from Doux Plumbing comes across as a decent guy and a good salesman, but unfortunately, the quality of work delivered by his team fell far short of expectations. There were several issues, ranging from basic mistakes—like switching the hot and cold water taps—to more serious concerns, such as failing to properly waterproof the electrical joining boxes for the gas geyser. We immediately flagged this problem with Tiaan by sending photos on the day of installation, clearly showing the poor workmanship and raising concerns about potential moisture damage. He assured us that someone would come out the next day to fix it, but no one showed up. As we feared, rain caused moisture to get into the boxes, tripping the entire house’s power and damaging the breaker. When we contacted Tiaan again, he said he could only attend to it in the afternoon—leaving us without power for most of the day. As we work from home, this was not just inconvenient but completely unacceptable. Given the avoidable nature of these issues and the lack of urgency in addressing them, I cannot recommend Doux Plumbing. Reliable workmanship and proper follow-up are critical in this industry, and sadly, they fell short on both.
