After service from personal is shocking
My rating is not on the Dr at all he is absolutely brilliant. I have been calling for 2 days now trying to get a sick note and a 6 week appointment. Belinda doesn't get back to you. Desire is so awesome to work with but Belinda is a nightmare. Pleass can i juat get some hel0

Appointment to be cancelled
Waited for 2 Months to get a appointment and just to receive a call prior to appointment that the Dr will be away and they ask me if I need to see the dr as they will need to reschedule. I do not visit a dr to chat at the current rates they charge it's a joke.

Rude staff will cause the DR great damage to his practice.
I made contact with his rooms and spoke to Belinda. She is super rude and not a peoples person at all. My son is a patient of Dr Labuschagne who is an awesome doctor but his personnel is not good and rude and treat people as they owe them. Dr Labuschagne will be loosing patients due to his rude staff. The Dr is amazing.

Deposit/Monies to pay
I am an existing patient from 2007. He did three operations on me. Never had any non-payment issues, nothing. To see him now, I suddenly have to pay R900. When his receptionist called to confirm, I explained that I do not have that amount to pay now, my husband is a pensioner. She just bluntly cancelled the appointment with not even trying to assist us. I am extremely dissappointed. So what now? Neurologists don't easily work on each others previous operations done.
