DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
At the beginning of April 2021,the Nedbank atm in Brandfort swallowed my card. I blocked cards and ordered new cards on the App. At the end of April 2021, I reported to the Mall @ Reds branch to collect my cards. The Master Card was not yet delivered. They gave me an American Express card and said they will call me one the Master Card has been delivered. They also said that the Amex card was activated. They Amex card is not activated and they have not yet informed me that the Master card is at the branch. Most merchants do not accept Amex. I am unable to draw cash with the Amex card as it is not activated. I am disabled and unable to move around. I am so disappointed with Nedbank and extremely inconvenienced. PATHETIC.... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Booked a collection in Port Elizabeth for between 0830 and 1300 on 14 July 2020. On 16 July 2020, the PE office could not tell me if it was collected or the status. Trace on the web site not working either. I was told at 0900 I would be called back immediately. At 0940 still no call. Very poor service. Never again. Tracking number is. CIL92805588.

Centurion Licensing Department
This Department of the City of Tshwane is totally dysfunctional. I requested a duplicate copy of my vehicles licensing papers. I paid the required fee and was told 5 - 7 working days. It is now 13 working days. Excuses vary from Christmas parties to no toner to print. Totally unacceptable. I am losing money as I wait.

Excellent Service
Had a great experience with We Sell Cars. The sales person, Michael van Zyl went out of his way to assist me and was throughout the process very honest and efficient. I ended up buying my dream car, a Mercedes SLK200. One very happy customer !!
