Terrible service from your call Centre
I have a car financed through MFC through Nedbank, proof of insurance was requested and i provided. Your call centre came back and told me the VIN number is different on the insurance papers to what you have on your system. I took a picture of the disc to show that the insurance paper is correct however your call centre is not listening to me.

No Joy on getting a claim finalized
I logged a claim for a plumber which came out and has advised that we need someone to come do a leak detection on the property. 2 days later and i cannot get hold of the agent that logged the claim nor can i get any help for this to be sorted. I got a sms but when i called into your call center the agent says they cannot pick up the information i have been sent. I had to call the call center as i cannot get hold of Lebo. While i am fighting with you everyday the leak is still pushing the amount of the water higher and higher every day. Please can someone just help me

Totally Disgusting service or should i say NO SERVICE
I went for a operation in February and since then i am fighting a endless battle for doctors to be paid correctly. Some doctors were paid out of my savings as out of hospital which is incorrect as i was in hospital for 3 days. Since February till now, i cannot get my savings sorted or accounts paid and the doctors are now asking me for payment for a Sizwe issue where i have been told this was a system ****ch. So they admit fault but no one and i mean no one is willing to fix it or help me. I have spoken to team leader *Tshepiso Mmzangwa) who promise to come back to you and they never does and ignores emails, i have requested for Directors to call me and to date nothing. What do i need to do to get help after being a customer of Sizwe for more than 15 years. I need help please. I am at breaking point with no resolution to my problem and i will even go to the papers if i have too but i want this sorted. After service from personal is shocking
My rating is not on the Dr at all he is absolutely brilliant. I have been calling for 2 days now trying to get a sick note and a 6 week appointment. Belinda doesn't get back to you. Desire is so awesome to work with but Belinda is a nightmare. Pleass can i juat get some hel0

Disappointed in the change in Sizwe
I cannot believe that after being with you guys just short of 15 years, i need to go for a procedure and you get to play god with my life by determining if its life threatening or not and if it isn't i must get together R5000 or cancel. Sizwe was never like this and its sad to see how money means more than someones well being especially when your monthly premiums are high. To think even when you are on the 2nd highest plan it means nothing. Very disappointed that Sizwe has gotten like this and i have to play russian roulette with my health

Useless Insurance company every
Standard bank insurance is useless, they just up your premium whenever they feel like, no reason provided and no communication given. Increases are only suppose to be yearly not whenever it suits you. Now thanks to you adding on extra my debit order bounced because i was not aware. I want this sorted out immediately

Again bad service
I have been trying since the beginning of Marxh to get the debi check for my new banking details whichis 2 different banks only to get told they can use the same one. I have asked for a manager to call me to exppain this as to me this is not allowed and im still waiting. In the meantime i have done a eft payment for my bond as i dont like to be behind. Terrible and non existent after care with your customers
I have a bond with you and building insurance as well, the premium is going up and i phoned in to ask for a reduction as i have not used the insurance since 2021 and only used it once. Till today no one is bothering to help me at all and i feel that the increase is unjustified as we are good customers. Please can someone look at a reduction

Beyond Pathetic service
We bought a car from you and your after service is beyond pathetic, no manager will help you or phone you back. you cannot even get a payment loaded and yet when you wanted my business we were offered the whole damn world and now i cannot even get a suburb back.
