disappointed guest at Drakensburg Sun Resort / Hotel

I booked 3 premium rooms and was allocated to the ground floor which is the garden units. The rooms are smelling of dampness and really aged. There are dehumidifier in the passage to overcome the damp smell. I had my grandchildren with me and this is totally unacceptable. After speaking to the manager Afrikiev we got allocated to different room scattered on different floors. The rooms are also very old with carpets which is really old and unpleasant. This review is to make people aware especially if you have children do take into consideration that this hotel is carpeted throughout and really aged. This establishment should be closed until refurbishing is done. People do not waste your hard earned money coming to the Drakensburg Sun Resort / Hotel until the place is refurbished.
