I was in the Pinetown area and decided to stop and purchase some electrical supplies. I made my purchase and went to the collection counter to pick up, press the bell to bring to the attention of staff that I am there to pick up my order. When I press the bell employees looked at me and did not respond so I waited for 15 minutes and nobody came so I went to the sales counter and asked to see the manager. The manager who was sitting in his office right in front of me all the time I was waiting came over. He asked a staff member to assist but I requested a refund and was refused because they had some story and said will deposit the money into my account the next day which did no happen. After many phone calls over a week I finally got my refund by a delivery driver to my house in cash. Promised myself never to go Voltex again.
I booked 3 premium rooms and was allocated to the ground floor which is the garden units. The rooms are smelling of dampness and really aged. There are dehumidifier in the passage to overcome the damp smell. I had my grandchildren with me and this is totally unacceptable. After speaking to the manager Afrikiev we got allocated to different room scattered on different floors. The rooms are also very old with carpets which is really old and unpleasant. This review is to make people aware especially if you have children do take into consideration that this hotel is carpeted throughout and really aged. This establishment should be closed until refurbishing is done. People do not waste your hard earned money coming to the Drakensburg Sun Resort / Hotel until the place is refurbished. The cashier at Woolworths store in Westville Mall , 35 Buckingham Terrace needs training in packing. She was about to put the paper bag sugar with my milk and juice etc. fortunately I saw and advised her not to. Woolworths must train their staff to do things correctly and not cause inconvenience to customers. My bar code receipt is 9990203490151118230
I have been trying to resolve a unpaid claim to Lancet since November 2024 and there is not a single person in Momentum capable.The last person Mamorwesi who dropped the call after putting me on hold. I have spent hours and not winning.Very disappointed with the service level.It’s seems like they not interested do not care.
Very poor service please consider very carefully before you sign up with this company Response time is 3 to 4 days You could go around the world by that time and come back to no network Pathetic
Please avoid this company The service is pathetic and they do not deserve even one star If you want stress in your life then deal with them
Standard Bank Internet banking down again - this upsets my day because I have a motor repair workshop and I need to pay suppliers by eft and then only will they deliver parts to me with the Internet banking down the customer will not get the car in the afternoon and then the problem is that the next day there are cars booked and I have not finished yesterday work,heavy backlog and lots of pressure . Now I had enough and have instructed Derusha at prestige banking to close all my accounts , just cannot handle it anymore after 35 years with standard bank
