Pathetic service

I sent an email on the 28th april enquiring about a Lakeview resturant special I saw on their website. Today I've made several follow-upsvia email with no response at all.I've made several attempts to reach the hotel with no success and eventually contacted the Sun international call centrr and was provided with a cell number. The guy I spoke to said he was requesting the staff at Lakeview to give me a call regarfing my request. I've called in 3 times already and it's now after hours and no-one has been in touch.
