She will pester you to deposit money. First red flag. Secondly what I wanted "apparently" was from Zara. As Ms Frauster said. She delivered something that could be been sewed by a toddler. She has a talent of ignoring messages and calls.

Such horrible and disappointing service. You should not even waste your time and money. She will ignore your phone calls, she lies and most importantly she steals. Utterly disgusted, she will only respond when you concluding the deal but afterwards she will ghost and block you. Bunch of thieves!!!!

Dressed Africa is a bunch of crooks do not buy from them they are scamming people, I bought a dress from them and it was a complete different dress when I got it, it had factory fault and I asked to exchange the dress they told me I need to send the dress back via post net, mind you I paid for delivery now I had to pay another money for the dress to be exchanged now I got the new dress it's even worse than the one I bought, this one was of a very poor quality, oversize and it looked more like a blouse than a dress, when I complained they blocked me on Instagram and on what's app, they're not taking my calls, they don't bother to respond to DM's, be warned do not buy from this people,

I was hoping that u will have a decency to respond to my messages but no u didn't... 1st of all u seem not to understand the term "customer service" I must tell u..u only responded when u wanted me to send my money to u.. Secondly, u selling fakes incase u think I don't know the original LV..where is the box and everything that comes in a box? Let alone the plastic sandals u have sent me.. These are Chinese sandals. Can't call that Louis Vuitton. Thirdly, u took my money and u keeping quite like nothing happened... That is being a thief on its own.. Your day will come.. I will definitely warn others about Dressed Africa. Thanks for your uncertisfying service and never again will I refer or order from you. That was the last message I sent them. Scammers! If it was for me I would have given them 0% rating.

I followed the above mentioned business on Instagram and ordered a dress online. The dress advertised and the one I have received is not the same. I have sent numerous messages and sent through a complaint via email and WhatsApp messages but are being ignored. The dress is of cheap quality and totally false advertising. Please be weary of these online businesses that are not well known.

The retail store on IG @Dressed_africa is a complete scam!! They ripped me off twice in a row. I first ordered shoes from the sight and it took them a full week to respond and confirm payment, it took them another 2-3 days to process the order and I was only notified of this after I enquired as to why they haven’t responded nor confirmed my payment. The shoes arrived after what felt like forever and I was unhappy at the first sight of them the quality was poor, there was no stitchings, the shade of brown was wrong, the shape of the nose and the shoes looked worn, I immediately DM’d her about my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund which she then told me then sight doesn’t give refunds but I’m more than welcome to make an exchange. I was be very skeptical with doing so because of the shoe incident but it wasn’t any use keeping the shoes because I wasn’t going to wear them, I decided to exchange the shoes for a lace top on her sight At that point communication was unpleasant because I had to DM the sight a few times and wait days to get a response and the response would be a brief (it’s not in stock or sizes aren’t available) when the sight finally decided to cooperate they sent courier details so o could send the shoes back, I had to pay for the courier back even though it’s their fault that the shoes were poor quality, a few days later the top arrived and I’ve never been this upset and disappointed! The top is a single layer of lace not even lace it’s a cheap material known as a net, with a tacky silk like lining with no bra cups whatsoever and a complete rip off! Nothing like the picture the sight is advertising and that’s how I Lost R450 to a scam page on Instagram. Whatever you do, don’t order anything from @Dressed_africa!!!!
