Very disappointed with Vryheid Debonairs! I placed an order on my app 26 February 2021 . My order consisted of - ● half & half triple decker ( SWEET CHILLI CHICKEN TRIPPLE DECKER & meaty tripple decker) ●COKE NO SUGAR What i received ●half &half tripple decker (CREAMY CHICKEN TRIPPLE DECKER & meaty tripple decker ●ORIGINAL COKE NOTE: 2 THINGS WERE WRONG WITH MY ORDER & THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME. SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH THAT RESTAURANT THEY NEED TO PULL UP THEIR SOCKS!
Paid in full for a dress on the 22nd November 2020, lady promised to have it delivered in 2 to 4 working days but she did not ,still hasn't and now she is ignoring my messages. Never buying from these people , ever again!!
Today i was referred by my Doctor for an xray at Richardson Udarajh and Partners Inc in Richardsbay The bay hospital and i was not happy about the service i received from the radiologist. The Dr had stated that they should cover my abdomen before they take the xray because i am 17 weeks pregnant, i also filled in a form when i got there(xray department) and i ticked the pregnant part. But the lady who was taking my xray did not do as it was stated. I had to tell her like 3 times to shield my abdomen because i am pregnant ,at first her response was "we're taking the chest xray" but i could not take chances ,eventually she got something to place behind me. When i was done with the xray she did not explain what i was supposed to do afterwards she just said "we're done" then from there i had to see for myself. I went back to the receptionist to ask what am i supposed to do, then the lady explained that i must wait for the results. I got my results , then left for Vryheid (home is in Vryheid) . On the way to Vryheid i received a call from one of the xray receptionists informing me that the radiologist had only taken one view of my chest and not 2 as my Doctor had instructed because I'm pregnant, hence they charged me extra for the services and i was asked to return to the xray department because they had to give me back some of my money back. I couldn't because i was already on the way to vryheid, which is like a 2hr51 drive. I believe the radiologist could have explained to me as the patient that they were not going to do everything that my Dr had asked for, be a little bit more helpful and she should have also explained to the receptionist because had she done that i was not going to be charged extra for the services. I felt as if she was just doing me a favour , treating me like i wasn't going to pay. It's a pity i did not get her name
My husband and i went to Ackermans at Boardwalk inkwazi mall in Richardsbay(19/05/2019) to buy 2 phones (Mobicel H1 and a Trend A4) we stood by the cell phones with no-one to assist us. I eventually decided to go ask one of the staff members if we can get help. We waited for over 15minutes for our cellphones to come and the store was not busy at all. When the cellphones came the ladies at the till were laughing and mocking our mobicel, Slindoh and Ntuthu. Slindoh asked my husband and i to pay at different tills for the phones and i asked why since we were using one card to pay and she responded with an attitude asking do we want to stand next to each other while paying which i felt was very rude and uncalled for. Please teach your cashiers/staff on how to assist customers. We don't visit your shops to ask for favours we pay money there's absolutely no need for your staff to be rude to us
I have a car and household insurance with Alexander Forbes and they are such a peace of mind. They will always assist you on time and resolve your problems the best way they can which is ofcourse in favour of you as the client. I would recommend this insurance to anyone!!
I got married 25 November 2017. I only just received my wedding photos , after having being ignored by Andile and Mzamo for so many months. Called ,sent text messages but there was no response or there would just tell me to wait. The photos i just received are not enough. And guess what? They gave us a blank DVD for the white wedding and the other one is 22 minutes long...so basically we don't have anything to look at to remind us of our wedding day . We paid R20 000 in full before the wedding day for blank dvd's. Meaning they have lost all the videos they took that day. I am so heart broken , disappointed and i plead with any of u guys if ur going to have a function donnot use these people. I should have done my research before the big day and i have learnt that the hard way!!! Oh and by the way you will never find them at the business address they give you, when u go to their offices u will find that someone else is occupying that place that is 30 Plains Avenue, Milneso gardens, flat no. 13, glenwood, durban"
