Dissatisfactory Service
Horrible service! I’ve had the insurance for 3 years and never once claimed missed a single payment due to a miss understanding and they cancelled my policy. They never respond to emails you have to send more than one to get a response and phones ring unanswered, I would not recommend their services! Complete waste of time.

Efficient Service
I called them asking to cancel my membership with them and they were able to assist promptly. The only problem is the cancellation takes 21 working days but she was able to assist me without giving any hassles.

Beautifully designed bags and accessories
Excellent service and efficiency quick delivery also. I purchased a customised Passport holder and Luggage tag and with two days my order had arrived, the quality pleasantly exceeded my expectation. I would highly recommend!

Rude and Condescending Drivers
This is a courier company and they are working with Game Stores, I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a courier company before. I wasn’t happy about the service and experience with the driver he was very rude and condescending and didn’t communicate or rather was willing to listen to me when I advised I’m not home for a delivery. I also received my Parcel with the tape peeled off on-top, and when I asked why; the driver pointed out that it’s my fault because I wasn’t available on the first attempted delivery. The box too isn’t in the greatest shape you can tell the parcel itself was not being handled well, had a lot of dents and scratches on it. He also forced me to sign for the delivery before I could access the box and make sure I’m happy with the delivery stating that it’s not his business if I’m happy or not with the delivery his job is to deliver the parcel to me and that’s it. Overall I didn’t have the greatest experience with this courier company as well as Game stores.

Out of this world carpentry
Their service was so efficient, and they communicated thoroughly from the moment I placed the order up until they delivered it. The quality of the TV stand I purchased was beyond expectation! I absolutely love love it. Their work is amazing

Absolute Perfection
Absolute perfection! Wolves everything about my experience with Pretty Simple, the lady was very friendly and helpful in terms of getting your size right and which one to order and when my order arrived it was absolutely breathtaking! The pictures on her website do not do those outfits justice! The material and quality is amazing! Her pants for the 3 piece jumpsuit are wrap around pants which is absolute genius because it gives you more comfort and it’s catering to woman of all shapes and sizes. Pretty Simple has definitely earned themselves a die hard fan and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Underwhelming
I’m was honestly disappointed upon receiving my order. The dress wasn’t properly sown or stitched, there was spaces and holes in the garment as a result of such, the quality of the traditional material was not what I thought or hoped it would be, it was very light and thin and on top of that when you order it says it comes with a head wrap, it wasn’t a head wrap; it was a piece of material she didn’t even bother to stitch the edges it was like she ripped the piece from a larger piece of layer and called it a head wrap. It was really disappointing because I’d hoped I’d get the same quality dress she usually makes for herself and that she advertises, I never bothered to wear the dress because it wasn’t what I was anticipating and I was very disappointed. Personally I will not be making another purchase and I don’t recommend for you to Make a purchase either.

Frustrating and Dissatisfactory Service
I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a courier company before. They had my parcel for 5 whole working days and at no point did they communicate or update me on my package and why they’re keeping it for so long. After calling them for 3 days straight trying to find out what’s going on they tell me my delivery address was inaccurate and that’s why they couldn’t deliver my parcel (as to why they didn’t send me an email or call me to confirm my address prior to me calling I also have no idea). When they eventually delivered the parcel they never called to find out if I’m home or not to receive the parcel they just rocked up at my place. I honestly cannot express the amount of dissatisfaction, disappointment and frustration I’ve experienced with this courier company. I’m sorry but I definitely would not recommend them to anyone!

How @Dressed_africa ripped me off twice in a row!!
The retail store on IG @Dressed_africa is a complete scam!! They ripped me off twice in a row. I first ordered shoes from the sight and it took them a full week to respond and confirm payment, it took them another 2-3 days to process the order and I was only notified of this after I enquired as to why they haven’t responded nor confirmed my payment. The shoes arrived after what felt like forever and I was unhappy at the first sight of them the quality was poor, there was no stitchings, the shade of brown was wrong, the shape of the nose and the shoes looked worn, I immediately DM’d her about my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund which she then told me then sight doesn’t give refunds but I’m more than welcome to make an exchange. I was be very skeptical with doing so because of the shoe incident but it wasn’t any use keeping the shoes because I wasn’t going to wear them, I decided to exchange the shoes for a lace top on her sight At that point communication was unpleasant because I had to DM the sight a few times and wait days to get a response and the response would be a brief (it’s not in stock or sizes aren’t available) when the sight finally decided to cooperate they sent courier details so o could send the shoes back, I had to pay for the courier back even though it’s their fault that the shoes were poor quality, a few days later the top arrived and I’ve never been this upset and disappointed! The top is a single layer of lace not even lace it’s a cheap material known as a net, with a tacky silk like lining with no bra cups whatsoever and a complete rip off! Nothing like the picture the sight is advertising and that’s how I Lost R450 to a scam page on Instagram. Whatever you do, don’t order anything from @Dressed_africa!!!!
