I should never have entered

My partner and I decided to try DROS canal walk after always walking right by. To no surprise we waited at the entrance for 10-15 minutes with the waiters walking by looking at us. Not saying a word...

We were eventually seated with no menus given. 15 minutes passed and we were given 1 menu to share amongst 3 people. Each of us taking turns deciding off a dirty menu (in this time the tables weren't cleaned at all)

When the waiter arrived we ordered and waited what seemed to be 30-40 minutes with no food or drinks in site. Until I eventually asked what exactly is happening. When the food arrived it was as cold as ice.. As if they took it out of the fridge for me. After sending the meal back, the "cheese sauce" tasted like flour water". The best part was definitely paying and leaving this horrid place.
